Ben Burkholder discovered his interest in music composition at age 15. For the next 3 years, he threw himself into writing simple piano arrangements and compositions. After he graduated from high school, he shifted his focus to composing choral music and began studying composition under Wendell Glick. Ben has also taken various courses in music while studying at Faith Builders, where he is currently enrolled in the General Studies track. It is Ben’s hope that the music he composes will ultimately draw people closer to Jesus and inspire a hope and longing for the Kingdom of God.
