Benjamin Glick is a singer and composer from Lancaster County Pennsylvania. In his sophomore year of high school, he chose to take a second year of music theory, during which he first learned how to compose. This culminated in his first choral piece, but he did not write much music after this for a few years. While he was inactive as a composer, he was developing his ear for good music through performance. During his senior year, he rediscovered his love for composition by experimenting with different sounds. He continued to write more pieces while learning new techniques through books, online sources, and analysis of pre-existing works. He has sung in Wheatland Chorale but is currently focusing on expanding his solo repertoire. He is starting music school pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance in the fall of 2024.
